Forton MG

Forton MG is an acryllic, non-toxic product which consists of FGR Gypsum plaster and VF812 acryllic resin. No hazardous materials are used in the manufacture, and no hazardous waste products are generated. Washes up in water. System includes a hardener and an accelerant.

Forton MG can be used to cast, slush cast or hand lay-up in any silicone mould. It produces a high strength, lightweight finish. Ideal for large or small casting projects, ornamentation and decorative arts market. Forton MG demoulds in 1 hour, or sooner if accelerant is used.

Ideal for any products currently being made of gypsum / plaster, model kits and architectural models - especially those requiring extra strength. 

Interior grade is made by mixing powder and resin.

Exterior grade is made by adding hardener and dry melamine resin to this mix.
