Chavant P40

De-aired, industrial hard, sulphur-free modelling clay. De-airing removes 90% of the entrapped air from the clay, making it very dense and compact. It is used in the automotive, pattern, industrial design and modelling industries.

For best results, the clay is heated to 60 degrees, and cooling is very slow, allowing for long working periods. Can be carved, extruded and slicked to an extremely smooth surface. Adhesion to armatures is excellent.
