4PU

4PU is a rapid setting, low viscosity, 100% solids rigid urethane system, which cures very quickly. It has a longer working time and shorter demould time compared with other urethane products. It is generally insensitive to moisture during and after curing.

Typical applications include ornamental mouldings, prototypes, models, picture frames and decorative components. It produces a compound with high tensile strength and good flexibility.

Mixing is done by weight and scales are required for accurate measuring.

Working time - 4 minutes, Gel time - 6 minutes and Demould time - 15 minutes.
